Roots & Restoration - Herbs for wintering

A practical journey into autumnal and winter health and the herbs we can use to support this. Including root medicine such as echinacea, valerian, marshmallow and other herbs that support immunity, lung health, mood and sleep during the darker months.

We will be making a syrup for lung health, a tincture to help with immunity and exploring herbs to support specific conditions.
